This two-day Certified ScrumMaster training course will provide an overview of the Scrum framework and prepare attendees to take on the ScrumMaster role.

During this two-day course, participants will explore the most difficult role in Scrum – the Product Owner. Upon completion of the course, all students are eligible for the CSPO™ certification from the Scrum Alliance.
