Privacy Policy

agilityIRL, LLC (“agilityIRL”) owns and operates this agilityIRL.com website. All references to “we”, “us”, this “website” or this “site” shall be construed to mean agilityIRL.

Plain English Version

Our site, agilityIRL.com, is hosted in the United States.  It is designed for only two purposes: to provide information, and to engender business conversations; we do not conduct any ecommerce.

We collect information for only two reasons. First, we collect the basic personal information necessary to fulfill a request you make for information. Second, certain technical information is collected to understand how our website is being used so we can manage its effectiveness and performance.

We use MailChimp to facilitate our email communications and manage our collection of your personal information. Personal information is not collected in an automated way; it is only done in a process that you will have chosen to initiate, such as completing a “Contact Us” form, or subscribing to a blog. We also collect personal information included in any “off-site” communications you may conduct with us; examples of “off-site” communication include direct email, text messages, and postal mail. In any case, the only data we collect is that which you choose to provide, and you will always be provided with the ability to “unsubscribe.”

Our primary use of your personal information is to communicate with you; we will never sell your personal information. However, there are specific situations in which we may share your personal information with a third party; they are: a company that we acquire outright or in which we acquire a controlling interest; a partner with whom we are conducting a joint marketing venture; a trusted service provider we have engaged to diagnose and resolve a problem such as website performance or a security breach; a legally obtained warrant properly served by law enforcement; lastly, to the buyers should we ever sell our business.

We use Google Analytics which collects data pertaining to your usage of our website, such as the type of device you are using, and your IP Address. To do this, Google employs the use of four cookies. Three of these cookies capture usage statistics; the fourth cookie is the one Google uses to capture data for their own marketing purposes.

Google has developed a tool should you wish to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics; you can find it here.

The four cookies employed by Google Analytics are the only cookies used on our site. However, Web Beacons (a.k.a., single-pixel gifs, or clear gifs), which deliver cookies, may be included in promotional e-mail messages or other communications in order to determine whether messages have been opened, have led to a website visit, or have otherwise been acted upon.

That’s it.
