Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) Training

Designed for product managers, business analysts, project managers, team leaders, executives, and Agile practitioners, this course provides practical techniques for product ownership in both traditional and regulated industries. Through hands-on exercises, real-world examples, and collaborative learning, participants will gain the confidence to make informed product decisions, improve customer outcomes, and accelerate value delivery.

Upon successful completion, attendees will earn the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) credential from Scrum Alliance and receive a two-year Scrum Alliance membership. The course also provides continuing education credits that can support PMI and Agile certification requirements.
